PRICING QUESTIONS

Why is ControlQuay so much cheaper?

We don’t charge per employee, we keep the product focused on the work that matters and we sell directly. You pay for the platform and for the questionnaires you want us to answer.

What does early access mean?

The core modules are built. We onboard every platform customer personally: we agree the start date, set up your workspace and sign the data processing agreement before you upload anything. Integrations such as AWS and Microsoft 365 are on the roadmap.

Can we start with one questionnaire?

Yes. A single questionnaire costs CHF 490 with no subscription. You can move to a plan whenever you like.

What counts as one questionnaire?

One customer questionnaire with up to 150 questions, in Excel, Word, PDF or an online portal. Longer ones get a fixed quote before we start.

How do we pay?

By invoice. Platform plans are invoiced yearly in advance; single questionnaires on delivery, payable within 30 days.

Can we cancel?

Plans renew every year. Cancel any time before the renewal date. You can export your workspace at any time.

Does a plan include an audit or a certificate?

No. ControlQuay helps you prepare and keep the evidence. SOC 2 reports come from independent CPA firms and ISO 27001 certificates from accredited certification bodies.
