We sign your NDA, or ours, before you share anything.
Data processing agreement
A written agreement that lists every service provider that processes your documents.
Only what’s needed
We only ask for the documents your questionnaire needs. Never passwords or access to your systems.
Deleted after delivery
Documents sent for a single questionnaire are deleted within 30 days of delivery. With a platform plan, they stay in your own workspace.
Used for nothing else
Used only for your questionnaires: never for marketing, other customers or model training.
You approve everything
Nothing goes to your customer without your approval.
WHAT WE DON’T DO
Clear limits.
- We never answer “yes” to something you don’t do. Gaps are stated honestly.
- We are not auditors: no SOC 2 reports, ISO certificates or legal advice.
- No penetration tests, and we never need access to your systems.
- We can’t guarantee that your customer will accept the answers.

What if the questionnaire has more than 150 questions?
We give you a fixed price before we start. Most supplier questionnaires from banks and large companies fit within 150 questions.
What if we don’t have a policy or control they ask about?
We say so in clear, professional wording and suggest the next step. A precise “not yet, planned for Q1” usually lands better than a vague yes.
Is our information safe with you?
We sign an NDA before you share anything and work under a data processing agreement that lists every service provider involved. We only ask for what the questionnaire needs. Documents sent for a single questionnaire are deleted within 30 days of delivery; with a platform plan, your approved answers and evidence stay in your own workspace.
